Well, Ravenclaw won this latest Quidditch game. Though I don't really follow Quidditch, Ravenclaw being my house, I can't help but be appreciative. And the singing made things a bit more fun than usual. Congratulations, Ravenclaw team...and better luck next time, Gryffindor. Black Star, Raimei, you both did quite well.

XD; Anyone who knows Elphie knows she's not into Quidditch at all, because she's a studious nerd and she sees Quidditch practices as wasting time from one's studies...but she won't say that outright, she'll just poke around it. *Elphaba knew it wasn't a good idea to go back to the dorm after the explosion. She knew it very well...but she had to make sure it didn't get broken or lost. It was all that--

Clutching something in her robes, the green-skinned Ravenclaw darts back down the stairs toward the exit of the common room, holding onto the remains of the banister as she skips over the partly-broken stairs toward the bottom, when out of nowhere a piece of stone come loose from the ceiling and falls right on the foot that Elphaba was about to step on.*

Ahh!

*Pain searing through her foot, she loses balance and trips over that leg, falling down the remainder of the stairs. In the movement there is a crack, before she lands in a heap at the bottom of the stairs. Elphaba at once tries to get up, but her leg won't support her; it's broken.*

((X33333 And Not-Green!Elphie-baba's not green. She's so disbelieving and amazed that she didn't pull her hair back in its usual braid. She does still have her glasses on, despite the avatars, but otherwise she looks exactly like Idina Menzel. Squeeee~. She looks waaaay unlike her normal self, but if your characters can recognize her (might be a bit tricky), then kudos! You are insightful. 8D If not, who cares? She'll tell you anyway if you're in the dark.))

So Elphaba is taken just before the epic, infamous No Good Deed number of her musical...so she is under the impression she's a lot older than she really is, and therefore is a lot more rebellious. Chistery is the leader of the Winged Monkeys, who Elphaba saved from the Wizard of Oz, and Fiyero is Elphie's Winkie Prince love interest who is smex, especially when played by Adam Lambert. You can assume after this post she stole a broom from someone on the Ravenclaw Quidditch team (Kid? XD) and is now flying around the school, her hair out of its usual braid and her face free of her usual glasses. Defyyyying Gravityyyy~! <3))

There are a lot more people here all of a sudden. Did Glinda bring them from her school in France or something to get her some more attention or something?

...Whether she did or not...they are exceedingly loud. How does anyone expect to get any work done?

That blond transfer...Glinda Uplands or whatever her name is...is incredibly annoying.

Well, I can't say the Quidditch Pitch's redesign seems all that troubling. The flowers are kind of pretty, though I've heard seeing them from above, they aren't quite as much so. Then again, I never saw the fascination with Quidditch to begin with, particularly with how immature some people can be about it. But I suppose you're a bit upset about the game being delayed, Black Star?

The baby has been decently well-behaved while with me today; he hasn't fussed or cried at all. He doesn't seem to like to sleep much, though, so I guess I should be prepared, if he wakes me up in the middle of the night, to work on something as there's no way I'll get back to sleep once I'm up.

Well! I must say I am very glad I missed out on that little spell the castle sent around! It not only was rather obnoxious and loud...it was really rather over-the-top. I'm glad there isn't anyone in the world who would actually like such sick sweetness.

Valentine's Day is coming up...I wonder if I should send a card to Nessa? She probably won't get many cards at school if she's so new-oh, Elphaba, don't talk like that. Nessa's just fine. Father loves her, so why won't everyone else...?.

...At any rate, I won't waste my time much with this Valentine's stuff. Pink doesn't go too well with green, after all.

The library is too loud right now. I don’t know how that is even possible that it is too loud, but it is. School is for studying, not for goofing off. At least there aren't any more animals running around...

Oh well…perhaps if I go find an abandoned classroom somewhere, I can really get some work done...

I’m glad I was able to find this journal. I considered that when I get to the Ministry get older, I might want to remember school life here. There probably won’t be too much to remember, but still.

I wrote a letter to Father at the beginning of the year, and he still hasn’t answered. It wasn’t like I was really expecting a response or anything, but…I wanted to make sure he knew about the Death Nessa started school away from home this year, so perhaps he’s been mostly focusing on getting her settled. I hope she’s settled all right too; it’s the first time she’s been somewhere without Father or me… Of course, if I was there, everyone would eventually figure out what I am, and I know Nessa wouldn’t want that and that wouldn’t do, them being only Muggles.

((Hahaha~~, first post with Elphie~. So yes. Um. Her strikes are pretty difficult to hack, as Elphie's both rather talented at magic and rather private and so learned hacking before writing in this thing. XD Hope you enjoy her company~~.))
